DS's Shirt Stolen - Looking for Replacement

The second day of Summer Day Camp at a new program, my oldest DS (11) comes home saying that it wasn't bad except for his favorite shirt got stolen. I can't believe it! I have been on pins and needles about this new camp as it was and to find out that his favorite shirt got stolen just about tears it for me. Then we go to JC Penney's to replace it - and they are gone! Anyone got any idea other than Penney's where I can pick up a pink t-shirt that says "10 Reasons I Wear Pink"? He LOVES this shirt and to have it gone is just about bringing me to tears. TIA!

What a bummer! I hope maybe it's just "lost" and not really stolen. Be sure to check the Lost and Found tomorrow. (Or if it was stolen, maybe some smart mama will say "where'd you get that shirt?" and make him return it.)

I *think* I saw a shirt like that at Target with their graphic t-shirts. It was a while ago. My DS (7) was more interested in the Mario shirts, so I can't be positive...but I think it might have been the same one. Kohl's also carries a large selection of graphic tees. I haven't been there in a while, but they might also be a good place to check.

I'd check with the camp staff. It may have just been misplaced, or accidentally taken. If you tell them about it, they can at least try and find it for him, or may know who took it, etc... If it doesn't show up, check Kohls or ebay. I know I saw a shirt similar to that at Kohls last summer, they may just have more this year. good luck!!

I know I saw a pink guys shirt at Kohls a while back but don't remember what it said.

I would also agree to "touch base" with camp about a shirt gone walking!
Perhaps they can check around a bit. If it does not show up I hope you can find a replacement too! So frustrating.....this year we LOST two Abercrombie shirts in gym....just walked right off, those shirts area really darn smart huh, thats why they cost so much .
Bothered me way more than it bothered the DS, though I pay,so that could be WHY!

THANK YOU! THANK YOU! This is it and I was able to get it in his size! I just knew that someone on the Dis would come through for me.

I asked if he checked with the counselors and he said he did. They immediately took him to Lost and Found. The thing is that he thinks one of the other "wonderful" children at camp stuffed it in their bag. He asked the kid if he had it and he denied it. My oldest DS just left it at that. He doesn't like to get into confrontations.

This just made my day that I could find it. He kept saying it was o.k. but I knew that he was upset. He just loves this shirt! Thanks again!
