DSNY Homes in Windsor Hills

Hi all

Any thoughts, good or bad, on DSNY Homes in Windsor Hills (apparently I'm too new to be allowed to post links! its dsnyinwindsorhills dot com) I am specifically looking at DSNY4. They are a good bit more expensive than some other similar properties in WH, but the pics look great. Just wondering if its worth the extra expense, if they are managed well, etc. Any thoughts?

Looks nice, but seems overpriced to me. Check out:

Lot's of 5 bedroom homes that seem just as nice for far less.
