Hi,
I am the proud new owner of a Nikon D90
In September we will be making our sixth trip to wdw, who hoo! One of the big reasons I wanted a D90 is because "we" is DH, and our 3 daughers (ages 8,8, and almost 6 at the time of our next trp). OUr daughters move fast and I wanted a camera that could shoot almost as fast
. Already, I'm considering what to do about the DSLR and our trip. I see loads of people in the park walking around with them. How do I keep it protected from water? In the past, I've had no problem leaving my point and shoot in my backpack in the stroller. The theft of a point in shoot would not give me PTSD but having a DSLR stolen absolutely would. What do you do with your cameras on rides, particularly the faster and wetter ones? I guess what i am asking is, how does everyone handle their cameras in the parks? Also, I'm thinking of purchasing a Tamarac Sling Pack for the trip, thoughts? Any wisdom you all have to share, I will gratefully accept.
Thanks,
sss
