I bought my DS8 an Dsi XL for his Christmas gift and I know he will love it, however I also know he will drop it at some point. What kind of cover can I get to best protect this investment? I have read some great things about disers loving their Nerf Armour, but they dont make it for the Xl size. Any suggestions? Is there anything else I need to get for this system...a different type of charger or something?

Check Amazon.com for silicone skins, similar to the ones for cell phones. There were some on there last week for under $10, lots of color choices. Good luck!

Get a warranty at Squaretrade.com. 3 year with accidental protection warranty will cost you about $25 depending on what coupon you can find. "SANTA" will give you 40% as will FBPREVIEW.

I think Best Buy does carry the Nerf armor for the DSI XL. I did a search on there and it came up. I'm not sure that it's the right one, maybe labeled wrong?

They do have the Nerf armour for the DSI XL's, it just recently started showing up in stores. My kids are both getting one for Christmas. I wanted different colors of armour for thiers so I bought one at Best Buy and one at Gamestop. I've only seen 2 different colors so far, blue/gray and red/gray.
