Would she like picking out a case like Nerf Armor (not sure how old your DD is) or maybe a skin? That way you don't have to go through the hassle of exchanging it, but she can still personalize it? My DD picked out a skin from decalgirl.com for DH's old ipod to make it more girly.

Nothing, its just a special for BF. Amazon seems to be matching b&m retailer's BF prices on some items now.

The mini games that are pre-loaded do not come on the DSi normally so this is a great deal.

Darn! I bought the black one for DS from Dell on the deal that was posted a while back...and I know he really wants blue. This blue looks different than the light blue I usually see - is that the case? Some sort of special edition? Or just a wierd pic?

Also, how is the video on the DSi? Can you upload it to a PC pretty easily? How is the resolution?

It looks like the metallic blue is a new color that is coming out-the other blue for DSI is a matte blue which look more aqua to me. I love the metallic blue-hoping it looks as dark as the picture shows since it looks a lot like the DS lite shade of blue.

That's a nice deal. I paid $159.11 including tax and shipping for a ds lite package with 2 games. The amazon dsi deal came out to $172.19. Yes it is a little more, but it is a better system than the lite, plus it comes with pre-loaded games. My ds loves Mario games, so he will definitely enjoy this better than the ds lite. Guess I'll have to return the ds lite to Toys R Us.

I think I'd need to pay for the return shipping. I'll need to look into it, but if I can pass along a good deal to someone locally then I figure I might as well.

ETA: I just checked the Dell web site - returns need to be done within 21 days of the invoice date (mine was 10/29) and are subject to a restocking fee up to 15% of the purchase price. I'll definitely be going the Craigslist route.
