Hi, all!
Just returned from a weekend at USO, stayed at Portofino Bay (quite a shock for this 2-star girl in that 5-star hotel!), ate at Mythos (love that balsamic chicken), and just had an overall awesome time.
Whenever we go to USO, we always stay onsite and get the FOTL privileges.
This Thursday, I am chaperoning my DS11's 5th grade field trip to US.
We will be in the park from 10 AM-5 PM.
The park hours are only 9 AM-7 PM, so I'm hoping that means it won't be busy, so the kids (many who have never been to USO - our school has a large migrant population) will get to enjoy as many rides as possible.
The Express Plus Passes are only $15 for the day (we'll only be in the one park).
Would it be worthwhile (at least for the group I'll be with) to purchase them?
Or ... should they just save their $$$ for food (maybe even getting the Meal Deal for those boys that can eat their weight in food!) and souveniers?
What are the typical crowds during this time?
Being used to the unlimited room key use, I know I'll feel a little restricted, but on this trip, I'm all about maximizing the fun for the kids.
So, should we purchase the passes or not?
Any suggestions would be appreciated!
Thanks,
Rose :)
