DS Traffic question

Can anyone point me to a report on how the new roads (is it finished?) with dedicated lanes are affecting hotel to DS transportation times? Honestly we NEVER go to DS simply because of the bus hassle. I will not have a car. Has the traffic and commute time improved yet with the buses? Can I expect a better result in November than pre-redesign DTD commutes? What is typical? We depend on Disney transportation. Coming from CR this time.

We were there three weeks ago and there is still a little construction near the road that goes toward OKW and Port Orleans. I noticed buses using the dedicated lanes through. Since CR is so close I would just do Uber since it will be very cheap. Or bus there and Uber back (for us it seems like the ride back takes the longest).
