if you take the Uber...you will still need to take the internal bus at ft wilderness i believe

If you have time then I would take the bus to the contemporary....walk to MK and take the boat to Fort Wilderness. The good thing is that its a nice trip on the boat and it lets you off close to Pioneer Hall.

Yes,that's the case.

I would take the Wilderness Lodge bus from DS and take the boat fromWL over to The Fort.(only a minute or 2 walk from the dock to The Hoop)

Look at all the choices

My first pick would be bus to Outpost, then internal bus to Pioneer Hall.
Second would be bus to WL, then boat to Pioneer Hall.

The reason I picked bus over boat was the potential for more regular bus service and holding more depending on boat.

We took MK boat to HDDR and it was close to a disaster. They filled small boat, then made us get off and on a big boat, then they made us wait extended time until we were packed like sardines, go to WL, unload and load ........... I thought we'd miss check in - it was an hour commute from MK.

Yes,that's the case.

remember to allow time to walk from bus to the boat at WL and allow time for missing boat and waiting for next one.

But there are also smaller boats that run in a circle between WL, CR, and FW (I think they run in one direction and then later reverse direction later in the day).

Correct.....i forgot that you could catch another boat at contemporary!.....thats a great option and probably less busy than the MK boats.....either way it's a nice ride!

And sometimes they have 2 boats in Bay Lake-one running clockwise and one running counter-clockwise.

We always like to catch one of the Bay Lake boats during EWP!

YIKES! Was this during a recent trip? We've never had this issue, but haven't been in two years... I'm asking as we are thinking about booking again this year and we normally take the boat from MK.

Monorail only from Epcot to the Seven Seas Lagoon Resorts.

I would catch a Wilderness Lodge bus at Epcot and boat on over to the Fort from WL.
