My experience has been that those codes are only for use through the catalog.

Just call the phone # from the catalog and give them the item #'s. You'll need to double check that the prices are coming up correctly, though. The code won't work if you input it online. Good Luck!

I called them and they asked for my catalog code. I read the one on the catalog I had received in the mail.
I only discovered later in the conversation that this was the code that I had to give.
So when they ask you if you have a catalog, then give them the code instead of the one on your catalog.

I'm not sure if it matters to anyone here, but just as an FYI: the codes on the catalogs are specific (supposedly) to each TDS. Meaning, a TDS in CA is going to have a catalog with a different code than a TDS in NC. I don't think it affects anything on the consumer end right now.
