DS coughing through night

We are leaving for disney next week and my little one is experiencing the "wet" cough. Do the Triaminic patches work for the day too? I HATE taking her into the docs b/c everytime we do, she ends up picking up some other virus-even though i won't let her touch anything.

I took him to the doctor on Thursday and the doctor said it was from teething but he prescribed him Rynatan and thought that might help with his coughing. The next day he had a runny nose (green sometimes) and the cough was worse. That happened the last time I took him to the doctor - he said it was from the teething then 2 days later he had a runny nose and cough. I think it might be his sinuses. He has is 15 month check-up on Wednesday we will see what they say then.
