Need to go get the rest of the things out of the car today. Will be the first look I'll have at the vehicle. Feeling really strange today. My neck still hurts but not unbearably, my forearms are sore and feel really weak. I can't seem to stop shaking. My head feels really strange, like everything is off balance or crooked. Keep feeling dizzy and sick at my stomach. I didn't hit my head at all but my right ear was hurting after the impact. They checked it out and said it looked fine. Guess it is just nerves.

I hope you recover quickly and don't have any serious complications from the accident .

But... I have a question. This is the second time recently that someone was in an accident that was completly the other person's fault. In both cases the people expressed concern that the insured value of their car wouldn't be enough to buy a new one. If I was in an accident that was someone elses fault, they would be paying to replace my car, not paying me the actual worth. Isn't that what ussually happens when the other driver was at fault/negligent?
