Been lurking around here and notice that people refer to their kids as either DS or DD. I know the last letter means son or daughter, but what's the first D mean? Disney?

Dear/Darling or could also be Disney

Although my family are very dear to me, and the kids are little darlings, for me I think of it as Disney: DH, DS, DD. Only because we are huge Disney fans. :cheer2:

Well, Disney is cute, but actually the "D" stands for "Dear". As in, "Dear Husband"..."DH".....or "Dear Daughter"....."DD"......or it could stand for "Dumb Husband", depending on your mood! :teeth:

In the case of my little bro and I, it probly means dorkey sons. :rotfl2:
