That is what I am thinking. You may never find them. He probably can't tell you where he put them because he really does not remember. My kids and my grandson put things "away" by putting them in the trash can because they could reach it. By the time we figured that out, alot of valuable things were never seen again. (We're actually pretty bright people but there is a 10 year gap between youngest son and grandson! We forgot about how little ones put things away in that time frame. )
