are these dates set in stone? do you know when they are? we sail last week August this year . could it be canceled, because of dry dock change? would they give you same price on dfferent cruise date?

Yes, according to some of the Disney crew i spoke with numerous times, when i am on the Disney Cruise, they told me that they set the dates years before for dry docking dates.
Magic already went through last winter and the Wonder will go on Dry Dock this October.
They average about every 2 1/2-3 years of Dry Dock for abour 2 weeks and work continusly for 24 hours.

Dry dock isn't just for renovation of the ship, it is required by maritime law to inspect the ship for seaworthyness, including the hull, the onboard systems, the safety systems, etc...
