We knew we had arrived at Castaway Cay as we started to vibrate & shake in bed lol !!!

I looked out the window and there beside us was The Flying Dutchman. We headed for breakfast again in Parrot Cay and disembarked around 10:00.

We headed for the beach and were originally going to go straight to serenity bay but apparently this was closed as they needed to tidy it up. They hoped to open it again around lunchtime. We walked down the main beach and it was busy but we walked to the far end and it was much quieter. We grabbed some beds and chairs and set up camp.

I pulled my chair into the small waves and grabbed my book. This was made even better when a server asked if we wanted drinks mmmmm let me see???? 2 Captains Mai Tai's ordered and we were complete. On a lovely beach, sat in the sun, waves lapping around, a good book and drinking cocktails - doesnt get much better than this.

DH decided to go off and do some snorkelling and I stayed reading, having a dip in the sea every now and then. We completely lost track of time and missed lunch on the island, so we headed back on board at 15:30. We were tired so decided to order room service and chill.

We dressed for dinner and headed to the show which tonight was called 'Dreams' and has apparently won a number of awards. It was amazing - this was my favourite. They do the scene from Beauty & the Beast where they have a snowball fight and it actually snows in the theartre. DH had to make sure it didnt go in his beer!!!!!

We were too late for Bingo after the show, so decided to go and finish off packing and put the cases out for collection before dinner.

Dinner tonight was in Animators Palate and we were both disappointed with the food in here although the setting is nice. Tonight we had to give our tip envelopes out to our waiters for the service :erm: The special cocktail of the night was yummy - it was called a 'paintbrush'.

As our service took soooooo long, we had to run to the farewell show held in the atrium. The characters come out for one final meeting and then gather to do a farewell to everyone - pixie dust included. DH reckons I had a tear or two but I didnt lol ;)

I love sitting in a chair in the sea too, it's a great way to keep cool. I'm a fan of the Capt. Mai Tai's too :thumbsup2
