DH works on tugboats and they have to have physicals for the coat guard every so often. So 2 weeks ago I fax over his physical form for them to fill out (he forgot it at home 
) and I was told it would be ready the next day...called it wasnt etc etc etc...I called today and they have lost his chart...not just his physical form..THE WHOLE CHART. Now his work needs this by tomorrow , if not DH will have to have another physical done because all bloodwork etc has to be done within 30 days of filling out the form. What should I do?
