Dropping off rental car at Car Care Center???

Do they offer a shuttle or something to get you back to your resort or a park? We are renting a car in TPA (landing at 9am) and scheduled a drop off at the CCC for 1pm. I'm thinking we'll stop for groceries and head to the resort (AKV) before dropping off the car. I'm just wondering where we would go after dropping off the car.

They did a couple years ago. We rented from MCO, spent a couple days at my parents, then checked into Disney. Got into the hotel, my dad went with me to return the rental car, the rest of the family hung out for a little then went to AK.

After returning the car, CCC gave us a ride to AK where we met the rest of the family.

Cool! How many people would they take in the shuttle? I will need to decide if we should drop three of us off at the resort and have one catch a ride back to the resort... or maybe have the three that were dropped off at the resort take a bus to a park and have the car-dropper catch a ride to the park...or have us all just stick together (since I doubt the room will be ready at 11am) and take the shuttle to a park...

The shuttle is actually a mini-bus, which holds quite a few people. They will drop you anywhere on property you want to go after you return the rental car.

Yes! Just did this on Monday. They asked where we needed to go and then made it happen. We were going to MK, and it took about 10-15 minutes for a shuttle for us to show up. (meanwhile there were other shuttles to other resorts/parks that got people who were there before us) They took us to TTC, not directly to MK, FYI.


When you're getting the car from CCC, though, know that they need an hour of a head's up to pick you up. Well they prefer 24 hours but an hour is about the minimum.
