Dropping Groceries off the day before check in?

We are checking into OKW on Sunday July 29th. However we are driving down and checking into the Hilton for Saturday night. If I do my shopping on Saturday will OkW hold my groceries for me until i check in on Sunday?

I'm guessing that they would but why have them hold your food over night? What if it isn't properly refrigerated?

I would just get up early and do my shopping on the way to check in or wait until my room is ready so no one else has to touch my food.

I agree with Bill. Wait until you are there or on your way to check in before you shop for groceries. Their refrigerated space is limited, I'm sure, and with other guests checking in and out on that day, they might not have space for your stuff.

I would call and speak to the hotel. Keep the name of the person you spoke to. I know of people on these boards that have done this at the VGC and have yet to hear a bad report.

Usually if you call a WDW resort directly, you do not actually get the resort. Calls are filtered through a virual front desk call center (even if calling from your room). These people are not always onsite, or even familiar with a particular resort. Rather than go through the hassle of getting an incorrect answer or waiting to be transferred hither and yon to someone actually at the resort, it would be much simpler to simply wait and shop later.
