Dropping Dining Plan Question

Hello,
I was wondering if I drop the dining plan to pay oop and have a CRT reservation held with the dining plan can I just call in and have my card used to pay for it and not lose the reservation?

Just pay with your card when you get there. Nothing happens if you remove the plan after the reservation.
