Drop off / pick up at parks

Heading to WDW in a few weeks with a family group. On a couple of the days some of us want to do some things non-Disney and some of us want to go to the parks. We are staying off site and have one car for all of us. Is there a place where those who want to go to a park can be dropped off and picked up by the rest of the group who will keep the car for the rest of the day?

At the Magic Kingdom there is a drop off in front of the TTC. Don't go to the MK parking lot. Follow the signs that go toward the Polynesian. When you approach the TTC you will see a sign for drop-offs.

I'm sorry that I cannot answer your question. This is the
main reason that you should be staying ON-SITE !! Part of
your group could take the easy Disney transportation, while
the other part of your group can visit other places with
the car. The way you want to do it could be more trouble
that it's worth. I am curious to see what other people's
ideas might be. Either way, have a great time at Disney !!

You can drop them off at Downtown Disney. it's one of the transportation hubs, and you can get pretty much anywhere from there.

Thanks for the info! Due to cost considerations with our large group it's much more cost efficient to stay off site this time. I had forgotten all about Downtown Disney being on the bus routes. Shouldn't be a problem with that. Thanks again for the advice!!!
