Drop off at BLT

We heading down to BLT in a little over a week and my parents will be in FL at that time and dropping off some items for us. Can they leave these at the BLT concierge for us or should they go to the Contemporary. A few things will need to be refrigerated. Thanks!

Off topic, but any idea if the monorail schedule is changed over the next couple weeks? I read online that it's not running from 11am-7pm on weekdays. I'm assuming it's a reduced schedule or a particular line is down...

I read somewhere that the schedule was changing but I don't know what it is. Disney has been working on improvements to better automate the operation and dispatching of the trains.

Last visit the grocery service I used was good but they needed me to be there when they delivered.

Since I was not able to check in (too early) the stuff was stored away. Waiting for her took time that we could have gone off to the parks and started our vacation. :roll eyes:

Is there a service that will deliver and not require me to be there to receive it? I know I have to be in the room to have the delivered from bell services later.
