I’ve never really thought about building a droid before, but now I think I kind of want to. I have questions!

What can you do with them after they’re built? What kind of price range would I be looking at?

They come with a remote control and you can drive them around - the BB units are particularly cool in this regard. They wil interact with other droids, pretty much just beepign and booping and such. There is a personality chip that you can add that can make them act in a certian manner (like a First Order droid might not get along with a Resistance one). There will also react to certain things in the park if you are carrying it around (like a Resistance droid might make "nervous" sounds when a Storm Trooper is near). They are kind of unweildy to carry though. I believe the cost is $99.99 but there are add-ons too, like the personality chip (I think it's like 15 bucks) or the backpack. I am not sure if the new C1 style droids have anything different for that.

My friend did this on our last trip, and it was cool to do, but the droid isn't all that fun once you get it home. They are generally of nice quality though, but not amazing showpeices since they are pretty plastic looking. They are nice, high-end toys though and the experience may be of some value to you. Hope that's helpful.

You can also buy different color accent pieces to customize/ change the look. But I agree with BrianL that there isn't much to do after you get it. Got one for my daughter back in Oct/ Nov last year buy she only opened it once last weekend.
