'Droids to be new Disney Tour Guide

Nifty article. I just got upgraded to the Droid Incredible and my partner has the Droid X. I love the new phone. One of the reasons why I held off on the upgrade was because I wanted to try using the Verizon Disney Mobile Magic App to help us navigate the heavy summer crowds last week. The app was pretty handy, but if you are a park veteran, it's not something that you really need outside of holiday/summer season crowds. However, if you are a newbie to the WDW parks, it would be incredibly handy.

I like the idea of the Eris finding a new purpose. I don't know that I would ever use this but if we are blessed with a little one in the next year or so, we just might need that extra little edge to help us make the most out of the little one's first few trips. :thumbsup2

I just switched from my beloved Blackberry storm to the new Droid X. It just came in the mail today, and knowing there are some fun Disney apps makes this transition a little smoother. Change is so hard sometime! LOL Droid users, Am I gonna be ok?! :confused3

I wish they would finish their official disney wait time app first! As far as I know, that app that was announced for a few phones in like Nov still is not available for smartphones! I might be wrong, but I looked and couldn't find it. In fact I think I went to the website to try and get it for my droid and got a message that it wasn't compatible.

Still patiently waiting for smart phones to be included in the mix. One day....
