Droid and itunes help!!

I got my droid 2 today
how do I download my itunes songs to the droid from my computer. I have the usb connected to the phone and computer but can't figure out what to do when I open itunes??

I figured out how to sync it over. But if anyone can tell me how to make it a ringtone option that would be great!!! thanks!

I think what I did was put the song on my SD card. Then when you go to your music on the phone there is an option to save as a ringtone. I'm not 100% sure because it's been a few months since I did this.

My husband just got a Droid 2... how did you end up getting it to sync?

To get it to sync...I plugged the usb cord into the phone & computer. On the top of the phone you will see the usb icon, and drag the screen down till you see the usb connections. I then went to windows media player, and it put my phone on the computer. I was able to get a song in the music file and it played last night.
However, I got up this morning and it didnt. Went to the cell phone place and a different guy helped me and told me it was not possible to sync itunes to it. I completely disagree, because I had done it. So I am going to see from another verizon person or call verizon tech support and ask

There is an App called Doubletwist that lets you sync your itunes library.

Yeah, I use doubletwist too. I actually like it much better than itunes. More flexibility with your playlists. You can change and add to your playlists right from your phone.

Don't bother yourself with iTunes. It is a horrible application, be glad you are free. You can easily manage your music by dragging and dropping your music from your computer to the phone. No need to involve iTunes. iTunes tries to be 12 applications in one, and fails at most of them.
