Driving to Disney?

Who here has driven to Disney from Pennsylvania. And if so how long did it take you? Did you make any stops along the way? How about a hotel stop for the night and then continuing? Oh, and how long did it take you? I wan't to hear everything!!!

We drove from Downingtown and it took about 17-19 hours. Depends on the time of year. The times we decided to stay over we were sorry we just didn't drive straight through. We took 95 the whole way. We just woould get off exits for food and gas. The rest areas along the way on 95 were fine.
If you do stop, I suggest St.Mary, Georgia because you will have a good amount of driving done at that point.

These are great! Thank you everyone for your information. I have always wondered about driving and what kind of an experience it would be, and these sound really good! I can manage it now and will look into driving!!
