Driving self to MK parking lot on EE day?

My sister has a PS at The Crystal Palace on EMH day at MK. As she's staying in DD,she'll probably have to drive herself to the MK parking lot. Will she be able to get from the parking lot to MK in time for her 8:05am PS? Will they let them on the monorail or boat around 7:45 as they aren't resort guests?

She will need her confirmation number for crystal palace and will be directed to the resort monorail. Allow enough time, because many times the resort monorail sits for a long time before leaving. I would plan to be at TTC by 7:30AM.
