It's getting to crunch time. We'll have a rental car, and want to do a quick stop at Whole foods on Turkey Lake road (at Phillips Crossing?), then on to CBR.

Googlemaps gives me a few options.

Does anyone have personal experience with a good route, or just why to go on sand lake (or McCoy? confusing on the map) all the way to WF, or to go on 528 then up to WF (the first idea googlemaps suggested), etc etc?

Thanks in advance!

Thanks. :)

Sorry if my question was strangely worded. We had a weird week, and I realized later that I was, perhaps, a bit too tired to be posting LOL.

Yeah just take 528 to I-4 eastbound, you could then get off at Sand Lake rd but I think it's easier to get to Whole foods getting off I-4 at the Central Florida Parkway exit (the same one for Sea World)but instead of turning right to Sea World turn left which dead ends at Turkey Lk rd where you would turn right,Turkey lake road takes you directly to the shopping center where Whole Foods is at.Then to get to Disney take Turkey Lk rd back the way you came but just keep going west, eventually Turkey Lk rd becomes Palm Pkway which ends at Apopka Vineland rd (535),turn left and get in the right lane right away as you'll be right at the Hotel Plaza blvd Disney entrance.Take Hotel Plaza blvd to Buena Vista Dr turn left which will take you by the front of DTD keep going and you'll see CBR on your left.

Oh, wow, great!

Sorry but I just realized there is no exit for Central Fl Pkwy going westbound from I-4,I usually do that route but going eastbound you could still do that route if you want by getting off 528 at International Drive and going south to Central Fl Pkway but I think coming from 528 you would just be better off taking I-4 east to Sand Lk rd,you could still take Turkey lake rd back to Disney though.

I was going to suggest the same, but I was afraid I'd just confuse the OP!:goodvibes

The advantage is that these routes completely avoid the Sand Lake / I-4 / Turkey Lake intersection, which can be real challenging at times.

You're right ... 528 comes into I-4 "east" (actually north) of CFP. Too bad -- just have to deal with the I-4/Sand Lake traffic.
