Driving from Tampa

When we were planning our vacation, I was unable to get flights into Orlando(We used are using free tickets) so we are flying into Tampa. I have a car reservation with National and arranged to drop car off at Car Care Center and then get transfer to POLY.
I have a PS at 50's Prime Time at 5pm. and then plan Fantasmic!
Our flight arrives Tampa at 11:30am-do you think I have alloted enough time??!

Has anyone done this or something similiar??
Any input would be appreciated!!

The drive from TPA isn't much more than an hour.suggestion Car rentals are based on a 24 hour clock. Why don't you check in the POLY first, use your car to drive to MGM and return the car the next day.

I-4 is numbered from Tampa. MM 64,65,66 is the Disney area. So you have 60+ from Tampa.

Go to WL FAQ and contact Disneykid. She lives in Tampa and drives up to WDW all the time.

We are flying into St. Pete for Christmas and renting a car to drive to WDW and are returning it 24 hrs later. You paid for the time you might as well get use out of it...

and it is an easy ride over from TAmpa...
