Driving from POR to MK

If driving, what is the quickest way to get from POR to MK?
From MAPS, looks like I should be able to take Vista Blvd. But, the directions have me going to Epcot Ctr Dr. Why?

Vista Blvd won’t take you into the parking lot, at least not without circling the parking lot first.

Just put it in your GPS and follow the signs.
BTW I highly recommend not driving to MK when staying onsite.

OK. That's what I wondered. I couldn't tell from the aerial view if Vista Blvd was past the ticket booths to the entrance to MK.

Is there only one entrance to the parking lot at MK?

I would just follow the marked signs.

The "WDW Signs" direct you to where they want traffic to go. Often, this is not the quickest route, nor least congested route. My son was in the DCP and learned many shortcuts...

You can use Vista, turn right, loop around the lot, use the turnaround near the car care center, and enter the lot. After the loop, I doubt you’ll save any time.

I tried to use Vista from Bonnet Creek (ok, yes, I tried to save a few bucks on parking). I got bogged down in construction, took a detour, ended up on World Drive anyway. Paid the money, lost some valuable time.

There’s an entrance near the exit. Vista works if you’re dropping off or headed to a resort, but it will be slower if you’re parking.
