We have driven to Disney from Southern MASS a few times, but we always stay over two nights.
I have driven straight through (loooong ago during Spring Break!!) and only remember it to be a horrendous experience. Of course, we were in a Pontiac Fiero which didn't help!
Anyway, Gramma and Grampa are traveling with us again this year, but in separate car, so we only drive during the day.
From Mass, this year we are staying Fredericksburg, VA and Savannah, GA on way down.
From Orlando to home Florence, SC to Wilmington, DE.
We tried taking I84 a few years ago, but it was only two lanes in places and way too many BCTs (Big Scary Trucks) for two lanes.
This year we are routing around NYC, then rejoining I95.
