Driving from Disney to NJ

On the way down, we are leaving at 6 pm and driving through the night.

On the way home, we have a 1 pm ressie at LeCellier and plan to leave after that. I'm thinkIng that we should stop to sleep for at least a few hours. Any suggestions where to stop? We want a clean affordable place about 10 hours from Disney
