I know this is an old thread I'm reviving here, but I'm glad I came across it. Hubby and I are planning a drive from Calgary to DL in February with our two kids. A lot of useful, practical information here.
Now, looking for personal experiences here when I ask about weather. Realistically, what should I expect in mid-February? My husband is a truck driver used to Canadian winters; should I worry? Is it just about the same through Montana and Utah as it is here?
Weather is my only worry about this.
