Hello Very Talented Disigners!

We are driving from IL to WDW for our 1st WDW trip. Having taken many a trip with my loves I have heard my share of "Are we there yet? Are we close?"

This trip will take us apprixmately 20-22 hrs to drive and I really do NOT want to answer that the whole trip. So I had this idea but have no creative bone.

I would like to have poster (regular paper size 8.5x11) landscape that I can print on cardstock with WDW theme with Fab 5 or characters. In the middle I would like to leave a spot (maybe just faded instead of blank) to tape up numbers for the by hour countdown of "driving hours" left.

I would like to have the numbers (0-9) Disney filled like how I see some of the names filled. I would hang this on the back of the front seat and update throughout the trip...Not really particular on the wording but would like to maybe tie in something about until the magic begins or something that basically means when we arrive in WDW.

If I get the question "Are we there yet" I can just simply point to the sign :thumbsup2

Anyone interested in Disigning something like this :worship:

Not what you requested at all, but since you mentioned you are driving...have you checked out this thread:

http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=2191711

It has lots of ideas and things you can make for keeping kids entertained on the road.

WOW, thanks for the great link! I have pulled a ton of stuff and will be doing some more crafts for the road.

My boys are older so the baby books won't do much but I did snag the numbers mickey heads because if I can't get filled mickey numbers I can use those instead. I would still like to do the countdown for the kids to avoid the "are we there yet". :lmao:

THANK YOU SOO MUCH!!! :worship:

This is absolutely PERFECT!

SN - My brothers are really into racing and my little brother has been a Rusty Wallace fan since he was little. When I saw your name it was the first thing I thought of, then I saw your signature message

Thanks again!

Great job Marion! Flowers4...an easy way to do this (if you haven't already mentioned or thought of it) is to laminate this DISign then use a dry erase marker to change out each hour so that you can wipe it off and add a new hour.
