Drive or fly to the World?

We live in NC and have always driven to Orlando. We usually spend the night on the way down somewhere in southern Georgia so the road doesn't kill us and so the kids don't drive us too batty! We find it enjoyable AND we can load the van up with drinks, snacks, toys and of course extra clothes so we don't have to spend any time washing clothes. How far do you drive when you go to DW? Or would you rather fly? Of course, if you fly, you have to have a rental and go shopping for snacks, water and other stuff. We will not fly because we simply enjoy the ride!
