Drive or bus to pre-RD MK bfasts?

I'm very happy that we got our CP ressies, and am waiting on system to act right to try for a CRT instead. Anyway, I know we have the CP at 805am for 3/19. Staying at CBR. Would you drive and park or take the early bus? I am worried about missing the bus or not having enough time if we take the bus. Also worried about what time to leave if we drive so we have enough time to park and take monorail to MK. Any advice on which method is better? And what time should we leave CBR to make it 15 minutes early for CP ressies? I read that the MK bus picks up 30 minutes early for character meals, but that seems like not enough time given how many stops are at CBR.

i would definitely take the bus. you are dropped off closer meaning you will not have to wait on the monorail or ferry to get to MK. be sure to be on an early(first or second) bus, as you said and to have your confirmation number w/you. you will need it at park entrance. also, is your breakfast on an early magic day?

Thanks! No, it is not an EMH day, thankfully!! And I got the CRT this morning!! So, park opens at 9am, and bfast with Cindy is at 8:05, can't wait!!

If you get to the bus stop around 7am, you should have plenty of time to get to the Magic Kingdom. I like the bus to the Magic Kingdom better for the same reasons another poster stated. You get dropped off right at the park, so there's no need to deal with the TTC.

When we were there in September, the transportation CMs at the actual resort bus stop told us that even though Disney (and therefore the front desk) will tell you officially that it's 30 minutes before park opening, in reality the buses start running 60 minutes before the first scheduled thing in that park, be it a breakfast reservation or a BBB appointment or whatever. I agree that being at the bus stop at 7 am will be fine.

We had CRT and Crystal Palace ADR's for 8:05 in September and we drove to both of them. We were some of the first people in the parking lot so our parking spot was a short walk to the monorail. I would drive I preferred to relying on the buses.
