All that I am personally aware of is soda (which you do not drink I see), iced tea, coffee, and some places allow for milkshakes (ask if they are covered however, perhaps not all are). I am not sure, simply a guess, but perhaps milk as well? I do know that no specialty drinks or alcohol is included anywhere. I am picky about my water (usually only drink bottled myself, DS & DH drink our "well water") but we all ordered water at times while at WDW and none of us found it horrid! We even took a slew of the powdered single-serving drink mix tubes with us, never used one!
Some locations allow sparkling or still mineral water as an option. Although I am not a fan of central florida tap water, taste is relative to each individual. To some, it taste no difference to what they drink at home.
at a CS resteraunt, you can get: soda, juice (generally apple and orange) milk (whole or 1%) choco milk, hot tea, coffee, iced tea, or bottled water. Some have different but that is the general offering...
We stayed at All Star Sports in January. I got a Powerade or Juice every day on the dining plan. We would eat our CS for breakfast. It included a meal (like breakfast platter) which included coffee and a drink (like Powerade). We packed away the Powerade for the Parks.
