Drinks at backlot express/satuli?

In QS locations such as these where you were traditionally able to get free refills at self-serve stations, how is this working? Just curious!

You just go over and ask for a drink. If you get a refill, cast member gives it to you in a new cup.

They have CMs stationed at the machines to give out the drinks. They are not self service currently.
