OMG I miss Ringnes. That beer is difficult to find in the U.S.

For those indulging in "InebriaNATIONS" --doesn't mixing all those types of alcohol make you sick? Especially the drinks made with sugar/syrup. I'd have to stick with beer to survive that experience to maintain the contents of my stomach.

I actually don't have any problems mixing alcohol, guess I'm lucky... But I must admit me and my Bestie are going to be sharing our drinks, so 1 drink 2 people, hopefully that will keep us walking in a (somewhat) straight line.

Still wondering if anyone can suggest anything from Norway?

On the Ice Wine in Canada (which is SO yummy!!) where do you get it? I've only had it while we were eating at Le Cellier, or at the Food & Wine Fest.

If I understand it right, Viking coffee includes Columbian coffee, a liqueur from Mexico and Baileys Irish Cream. How authentic is this?

I've been told that they offer wine too. I don't know what kind.

aquavit is a typical scandinavian drink. Its nothing i would drink. Its like more something my parents would drink after i nice dinner or something. But im not sure what`s a tradtional or common drink here in norway. Im gonna ask and find out

So now I guess the question is...what liquor is offered in Norway?

I just checked allearnet...and couldn't find much.

Oh well just have to try the beer I guess !
