Drinking Around the World in EPCOT

OK so not really food question but has anyone done this recently? What drinks are on offer where? Mainly interested in the beers but other drinks are fine too.

I did it years ago.Drunk and hungover is really not my idea of a good time anymore (I am female who can't hold liquor too well)

Beers around the world during the food and wine festival is well interesting. Normally we have no issues starting in Mexico and making it to Canada. During the festival though we were pretty soused by a little after Japan.
We always stick to beer the entire way although I know you can get some frozen drinks along the way. If you do this in the heat remember to take in some water.

Thanks both. We're going to be doing it through food and wine but might stick to the main pavillions. Can anyone remember any of the types of beer available?

Mexico: Dos Equis
Norway: Carlsberg
Germany: Beck's & Spaten Opitmator
China: Tsing Tao
Italy: ??
US: Bud & Sam Adams
Morroco: Casablanca
Japan: ??
France: Kronenbourg
UK: Bass, and a few others on tap inside.
Canada: Mooshead.

Unfortunately, most of the beers picked for each country are just boring macro-lagers. With the exception of Sam Adams and Spaten Optimator, most of the beers are bland and pretty much taste the same.

Kirin Ichiban is in Japan.......& they have been out of Casa since the beginning of the year. I was in EPCOT last Sunday and they still didn't have it......I was a bit disappointed. No one could give me a reason why they didn't have it, they just said they didn't get the shipment.

We did it a few years ago and will be doing it with our friends in July. We get a beer at each main pavilion... that's 11. Italy does have Peroni. It does get a little crazy but its really fun. Always have a map with the restrooms marked, we learned this hard way lol. We also rode Test Track when we were done, again learned the hard way b/c it broke down and we had to pee reeeeeeeeeealllllly bad. Have fun though, its a great time.

Its basically having a different drink in each of the countries in World Showcase in EPCOT. Most have some sort of local drink you can try - although I haven't heard if Norway has one!

UK also has Harp along with Bass and a Guiness Can, 2 hard ciders (Can't think of their names right now sorry).

There was an Apple Beer during the F&W in 2004.

I could not get enough of it.

Going back to F&W for the first time since 2004 in October, really can't wait. And, I would definitely hit the booths first if you want to find the unique drinks. I wish I could remember what country that beer was in, but I REALLY liked it and unfortunately have no recall as to what area of the world it was in.

You are correct Norway has no Norwegian Beer (or wine for that matter)
Calsberg is a product of Denmark
