I have seen people eating funnel cakes. They are sort of like deep fried batter - a light dough deep fried right ?

In the UK we often make 'beer batter'. If you add a splosh of beer to a batter mixture to coat chicken or fish it comes out really light and crisp.

It is...you can get it with powdered (confectioners) sugar, strawberries even ice cream but I like it just with the sugar
FYI couldn't use a snack credit here (USA - Epcot) for it though...couldn't even charge it back to the room, minor inconvenience but thought I let you know...you can also get funnel cakes @MK!
