drink question using breakfast voucher at character meal

I know the breakfast voucher will cover the buffet at say Chef Mickey's, but is the drink included in the buffet price or is this extra? I'm trying to see if I save anything by using these at Chef Mickey. I know the buffet is $16.99 but don't know if I should add the price of a drink too.

Drinks are included. We use the breakfast vouchers all the time. If you get a specialty drink (example: GF has some special strawberry drink) you have to pay, but coffee, juice, milk, chocolate milk, soda, etc are all included.
