Dressing for dinner?

What do you do when you are staying in a park all day, and then plan a dinner at a nice restaurant, but don't have anywhere to change? For example, we plan to spend a day in Epcot, then go to Bistro de Paris for dinner. Is it really alright to go in our jeans and sweatshirts and tennies (depending on weather, going in December). Also have PS for dinner at Palio, but will be at MGM all day, PS is for after Fantasmic. We really don't want to have to back to Wilderness Lodge just to change clothes. What kind of dress is expected at these restaurants? Thanks!

The only restaurant that has a dress code is V and A's. Theme park restaurants are very casual because they have guests coming directly from the theme parks. Resort restaurants, such as Palio or California Grill, while still not having an official dress code, will have many more folks who are dressed up a little more. Still you shouldn't really have any problems.

Thanks for asking this question as I was wondering the same thing.

We are eating at Artist Point after a day at Magic Kingdom. We will probably not have time to go back to YC and head back to WL. But, we are also doing tea at the GF that afternoon so I guess we might try to dress a little nicer than normal for a day at the park!

As stated above the only rest. at Disney with a strict dress code is V&A at GF. You won't feel out of place in you jeans at any othe rest. as everyone else is generally wearing the same type of clothing, jeans, shorts, etc. Now I usually go to WDW in the winter and during the day, I wear shorts (usually 70's), I also rent a locker and I've stored pants there to change in later in the day as it can drop in wintertime to 40's/50's. This works great for storing rain gear and coats as well.
