Dress Up Costumes on Magic?

Two years ago DD loved the dress up costumes found in the Oceaneer's Club. Last April we were told they were removed due to the Norwalk Virus outbreak. Have they returned to the Magic?
 
DD6, and her cousin are begging to know! (please help preserve this Daddy's sanity) Thanx.
