How much is the average cost to press a wedding dress?

I am not sure about the average cost, but we paid Carolyn Allen $65.00 to come to our room and do mine while we were getting ready, veil was also included.

Jamie - Do you mind me asking what they did to press your veil? I was told not to let anyone use a steamer or an iron, did they just use a spray bottle or something?

I believe she is used the steamer, I wasnt paying much attention b/c I was getting my hair and make-up done. She did a wonderful job, and both the dress and veil looked spectacular. It was so worth having them booked, and the fact that they came right to us, was wonderful. I would definitely reccomend it!

I'm getting my dress steamed and pressed at the place where my DH2B is getting his tux. They are charging me $75 but that includes delivery to the wedding site where I will be getting ready. I thought it was worth it to have it delivered.
