Dress code for Napa Rose?

Most likely we'll hit the restaurant before going back to the park for the nightime festivities....so we'll be in jeans & sneakers.

Is this frowned upon or should we go our first night there (not a park day for us) so we can dress more appropriately?

I couldn't tell you for sure, since I've never eaten there - but I would imagine it's pretty normal to see people eating in their typical park attire.

I don't think Napa Rose (nor any Disneyland Resort restaurant) has a dress code. My family tended to the dressy side (mostly because we wanted to have one dress up meal while on property - but that was a personal choice).

To the best of my memory (thinking back to August), I remember people in a wide range of attire from mostly clean-cut park attire (jeans and nice shirts/blouses) to something dressier. Based on those around us, we were probably more dressed up than others (and even I was wearing sneakers because I didn't feel like packing another set of shoes).

We really liked our food and found it the best meal during our week. Have a great time!

We ate at the Napa Rose for dinner during Labor Day weekend. I was there to run the Disneyland 1/2 Marathon and wanted a nice dinner the night before the race. I didn't necessarily want to carbo load, but wanted a nice ambience and relaxing atmosphere.

I was dressed in a pair of dark jeans and dressed it up with a nice top. Most people around me were dressed in a similar fashion. I did see a few tables with small children in high chairs and the kids were even a little dressed up.

I have to tell you I was disappointed in the food at Napa Rose. I had Mahi Mahi that was grilled and thought it was only fair; the sauce that was with it was okay. I can't remember what my husband ordered, but my son ordered Oso Buco that was EXTREMELY DRY. I looked at it and could tell it was really dry! I told my son let's send it back, but he didn't want to because he was really hungry.

So, to say the least, I wouldn't dine again at the Napa Rose; we should have just gone to Story Tellers Cafe.

I ate there Christmas day of 2006. We went in our regular park clothes but some people were dressed up for the holiday.
I found the food to be very expensive $$$$$$$$$$$$ but it is was, key word ok, nothing GREAT....I will not be eating there again, I rather go elsewhere ands save some $$$ for other things.
