Dress Code for Grand Floridian Cafe?

I have a 730am reservation for Breakfast at Grand Floridian Cafe. We are planning on doing the waterparks that day and they open at 10am. Would it be acceptable to wear swimsuit and coverup to breakfast and then head to the waterparks after that? Or should we wear normal outfits and take bathing suits to change in?

Shorts and t's over your bathing suit would probably be fine.

If the cover-up truly covers-up, I would say it is fine. Grand Floridian has a few signature restaurants, but GFC -- while nice -- is not one of them. We eat there probably more often than at any other restaurant on property, and it would not bother me in the least to see a family in there at 7:30 a.m. looking like they are about to head to a water park. You are at WDW to have fun, and the cast members, servers, etc., know that. As long as you've got something reasonable over a swimsuit, you should have no problem.

If the cover ups are solid, I dont see a problem, If they are the mesh ones, showing the bathing suits underneath, would be a little weird..but who cares. In my 25+ trips to WDW, I can honestly say I dont remember one single outfit anyone, other than my family, was wearing

I agree with the others. Cover ups that have you fully clothed would be fine.
