Dress code for Flying Fish and Artist Point

Is there a dress code for Flying Fish and/or Artist Point beyond the normal tourist dress? We were planning to go to both straight from the parks in August. Can we get by with shorts?

I've never been to Flying Fish, but have been to Artist Point several times. For men, shorts are OK, as long as they're not cut-offs, athletic shorts, or swim trunks. They also request no sleeveless shirts or flip flops. I've always worn a nice pair of cargo pocket shorts, a polo or casual short sleeve button up shirt, and a pair of clean sneakers. My wife wore casual capri's or skirts and nice sleeveless shirts. We have seen people wearing attire that is "frowned upon" but they weren't refused entrance. They did look very out of place though, especially one guy who was wearing a tank top, swim shorts, and flip flops.

I'm not sure about the Flying Fish but at artist Point shorts are fine. I do think they require shirts with a collar however.

They do not require shirts with collar. T shirts are fine as long as they do not have offensive graphics or sayings on them and they are not ripped.

Flip flops are also fine.

The dress code is no ripped/torn clothing, bathing suits, hats on men, tank tops on men. Anything else is allowed and you will see people dressed very casually and others who are in true business casual attire.

I've been to Flying Fish right from a park, in a T shirt, capris & flip flops.

For a signature restaurant. it would be nice if guests were clean, rip free and didn't smell offensive.

If they meet that criteria, I am thrilled

You will see folks VERY dressed up and some very casual and everything in between.
