Dress Code for California Grill

Does anyone know what the dress code for California Grill is? We are planning on going back to the room to change clothes before dinner, but if we are running late, would we feel out of place in slacks/polo shirt for DH and slacks and a decent top for me? Would shorts be unacceptable?

What you propose will be just fine. Also--shorts fine too. In fact, we always wear shorts when we eat at CG. The only true prohibitions are bathing suits and tank tops on men.

Thanks so much. That will allow us to be flexible during the day and adjust our plans accordingly. We will probably make an earlier PS as well.

You will find a complete mix of attire at CG from shorts to dressy. You won't feel out of place whatever you wear, although personally I like to dress up a bit for dinner. It's a fabulous restaurant - very noisy, but in a good 'buzzing atmosphere' way. Have a great time!

Kidding, but they always tell you that when you make a PS st the CA Grill! (I always think, "But can I wear my tube top?" )
