Do men need to wear a shirt and tie?

You don't have to wear a shirt and tie but my husband wore a polo type shirt short sleeve with collar. Their were people there in shorts and tshirts too. but it is a nicer restaurant. I love California grill!

I was just there two nights ago and there were many people in t-shirts and shorts. I used to eat there every time I was in town (from 1995, usually 1-2 times a month and sometimes more often). Since Chef Cliff Pleau and GM George Milliotes left 3-4 years ago, service and quality have gone downhill so much so that I rarely go there any more.

Well, they need a shirt in all WDW restaurants

Bottom line, the CG and most WDW signature restaurants request business casual attire, so definitely no tie needed
