Ok, I am starting to pack for the honeymoon ( Yea!!! :Pinkbounc ) and I am wondering how many nice outfits I should bring for eating out. At the restaurants in the park I can just wear shorts, right? Since we will be wearing them anyway. I was planning on bringing something nice to wear at the California Grill, which is probably the nicest place we'll eat. We are also thinking about eating at a few other nice restaurants, such as Artist Point. Should we dress up to go there, too? We'd rather wear shorts to any places that we can.

My main question is, what restaurants should we dress up for? Thanks for any advice...geeze this is so last minute. :)

You really do not need to dress up to eat in Disney restaurants (especially in the parks). We usually will not go back to our hotel to change to eat. Although, this being your honeymoon, I am sure you will want to make it very special. I would bring one or two nice summer dresses or capris and a nice top. My boyfriend and I usually wear matching hawaiian style tops (usually w/Mickey on them - they sell these in the Disney Store or on line) to our dinner at 'Ohanas. I also have a hawaiian style print dress that I sometimes wear there (also with Mickey on it). I would highly recommend 'Ohanas in the Poly. This is our favorite place to eat and if you time it right and ask for a window seat in the main room you will get a wonderful view of Wishes. They dim the lights and pipe in the music and naration. I also have a great skort (with Mickey and Minnie on it) that I wear with a nice t-shirt and great sandles - are you starting to see a Mickey trend. I have special Disney clothes that I always wear down there. I have not done a honeymoon down there but everyone always talks about the Mickey and Minnie hats - if you don't want to wear these make sure you get the Mickey and Minnie wedding pins. Best wishes.

I agree with the above poster, you don't really need to worry about changing especially in the parks. I would suggest something a bit nicer for cali grill and artist point though. we have eaten at both of these resturants and i usually wear black pants and i nice shirt/tank top and FH wears khakis and a button down shirt. a word of warning about artist point... it is FREEZING IN THERE!! i was actually so cold that i could barely enjoy my meal. i suggest a sweater!

Hope you have a magical honeymoon!:earsgirl: :earsboy:
